The Boss Of Hutama Karya Realtindo Was Summoned By The KPK After His Office Was Ransacked

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned the President Director of PT Hutama Karya (HK) Realtindo, Sugiarti today, Thursday, March 28. He will be examined by investigators as a witness along with five other people related to the alleged corruption in land acquisition for the Trans Sumatra Toll Road.

"The investigative team has scheduled summons and examinations of witnesses," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters in a written statement, Thursday, March 28.

Ali then detailed that the five other witnesses who were also summoned were the Director of Human Capital and Legal PT Hutama Karya, Muhammad Fauzan; Acting Manager Optimizing the Assets of the Director of PT Hutama Karya, Muhammad Ashar; Rahajeng Anggi Andini who is a private party; Director of PT Sanitarindo Tangsel Jaya, Rangga Lanang Pamekar; and former President Director of PT Hutama Karya Realtindo, Ari Widiyantoro.

"(The examination, red) took place at the KPK's Red and White Building," he said.

Ali has not detailed the examination material. However, there are allegations that investigators asked for statements from witnesses regarding the findings of documents found at the offices of PT Hutama Karya (HK) and Hutama Karya Realtindo.

The document findings were obtained when investigators conducted a search on Tuesday, March 26.

Previously reported, the KPK is investigating allegations of corruption related to the land acquisition of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road carried out by PT HK. It is suspected that there have been state losses of up to tens of billions and could continue to increase because the calculation is still being carried out by the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP).

The anti-corruption commission has asked the Directorate General of Immigration of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights to prevent three people from leaving the country. Based on the information gathered, they are the former President Director of PT Hutama Karya (Persero), Bintang Perbowo with their employees, M. Rizal Sutjipto; and Commissioner of PT Sanitarindo Tangsel Jaya, Iskandar Zulkarnaen.
