JAKARTA The management of PT Blue Bird Tbk spoke about the accident experienced by one of the fleets, and resulted in the death of a husband and wife (couple) on Jalan Parameter, Tangerang City, Monday, March 25.

As previously reported, a husband and wife (couple) died after being hit by a Blue Bird taxi, on Jalan Parameter, Tangerang City, Monday, March 25. Due to such a strong impact, the two victims died at the scene.

Head of Soetta Traffic Police, Kompol Bernard Bachtera Saragih, said that the two victims (couples) were riding motorbikes at that time, then the accident was unavoidable.

"The motorcycle driver and the passenger died at the scene," said Bernard in his statement, Monday, March 25.

It started when the blue taxi driven by Yudistono was walking from Soekarno Hatta Airport to Tangerang City.

Arriving at the scene, the taxi driver admitted that he had dark eyes so he could not control the car. The car got out of control and eventually hit the motorcyclist driven by Pudjianto with his wife, Nurmilasari.

The taxi driver felt dark, then did not control his vehicle. Then he crossed to the right and cut the single straight markings so that he hit a motorcycle that came from the opposite direction, "he said

The two victims were evacuated to the Tangerang City Hospital for further action. The taxi driver was also secured for police investigation.
