If It Is Proven That He Molested His Biological Daughter, The East Jakarta Firefighters Will Be Terminated For A Work Contract

JAKARTA The aftermath of the alleged case of sexual intercourse with a biological child, an individual firefighter (damkar) in East Jakarta is threatened with a termination of the contract. It is suspected that SN, who has sex with a 5-year-old biological daughter, is not a state civil servant (ASN), but an Individual Other Service Provider (PJLP).

"He is not an ASN, he is only a PJLP. It could be, whenever we terminate the contract," said Head of the DKI Jakarta Gulkarmat Service, Satriadi Gunawan, when confirmed, Wednesday, March 18.

Satriadi continued, the East Jakarta Fire Department has not been able to make this decision because it is still waiting for the legal process for the police at Polda Metro Jaya.

"But still as an administration, it is impossible to suddenly terminate the contract without an examination according to administrative procedures. In fact, later we will be required to return. So we have to do the stages later," he said.

Previously, East Jakarta firefighters were suspected of molesting their own 5-year-old biological child. The victim's mother (former wife of the perpetrator) was angry after learning that her son was molested by her ex-husband. That's why he reported to Polda Metro Jaya.

The Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Ade Ary, confirmed the incident. The report was received on February 6, 2024, then.

Ade said that this case was being handled by the Subdi Renalta of the Direskrimum Polda Metro Jaya.
