The Bandung City Manpower Office (Disnaker) opened the complaint service post for the 2024 Eid Allowance (THR) to make it easier for workers to report THR problems.

Head of the Bandung City Manpower Office (Disnaker) Andri Darusman said the provision of complaint post services was following up on the Circular (SE) of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia Number: M / 2 / HK.04 / III / 2024 regarding the implementation of the provision of THR Lebaran for workers. especially those in the city of Bandung.

"We opened a THR complaint post at the Bandung City Manpower Office. This post is a city that opens its own post and we will continue it to the West Java Province Manpower Office," Andri said in Bandung, Wednesday, March 20, as reported by Antara.

Andri said the post functions as supervision according to the THR Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker) regulations, which must be paid by the company to its workers no later than a week before Eid al-Fitr.

To anticipate the many complaints, his party is currently intensively disseminating the Minister of Manpower's SE to all companies in Bandung regarding the provision of THR for workers.

"Yes, hopefully nothing will be late, because we are also socializing with each company. So basically this H-7 company can provide THR to workers," he said.

In addition, he reminded companies in the city of Bandung, which amounted to more than 8,000 units, not to pay THR payments for workers so that employees could feel the maximum THR benefits and the company was free from the sanctions imposed by the West Java Manpower Office.

"It cannot be paid in installments and if you do not pay the THR there will be sanctions forwarded by the West Java Provincial Manpower Office in the field of supervision," he said.
