The PDIP faction is still waiting for the decision of General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri to issue an inquiry right in the DPR RI to investigate allegations of fraud in the 2024 General Election. The decision, according to the Chairman of the PDIP DPP Said Abdullah, will be delivered after the Indonesian KPU's determination of the winner of the 2024 presidential election tonight. Said said that his party is currently investigating the data and gathering witnesses. Said emphasized that until now there has been no formal communication between political parties to support the use of the right to inquiry in the DPR. So far, he said, only information talks across factions in the DPR.

"When it comes to informal communication, usually the DPR always runs, but in the context of big issues, it must be between political parties and so far it has not," he said.
