Assistant Coach of the National Team for Winning Anies-Muhaimin (Timnas AMIN) Tamsil Linrung stated that his party had completed the preparation of files to submit a request for a dispute over the 2024 presidential election to the Constitutional Court (MK). As of this afternoon, the Indonesian General Elections Commission (KPU) has not announced the results of the recapitulation of votes, but Tamsil said the file containing evidence of alleged election fraud to be sued to the Constitutional Court had been ready since a few days ago. "Since last Friday, the legal team has completed all preparations to go to the Constitutional Court," Tamsil told reporters, Wednesday, March 20. Tamsil admitted that the Anies-Muhaimin camp is still worried about the potential involvement of Constitutional Court Judge Anwar Usman, who is also the uncle of vice presidential candidate number 2, Gibran Rakabuming Raka. In fact, when he was sentenced to dismissal from the position of Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court, the Constitutional Court Honorary Council banned Anwar Usman from being involved in handling disputes over general election results (PHPU) disputes. "I don't have any doubts because there is an uncle there. But I hope other Constitutional Court members are open to cheating by Jokowi, especially pre-election," said Tamsil. On the one hand, political parties from the Revised Coalition, namely NasDem, PKB, and PKS, have also expressed their support for rolling out the right of inquiry to investigate allegations of fraud in the 2024 General Election in the DPR. The AMIN national team, according to Tamsil, only focused on running the 2024 presidential election dispute lawsuit to the Constitutional Court. "The direction of the Presidential Candidate to the Constitutional Court. As for Angket, it is the domain of the party. As far as I know, 3 parties that carry Paslon 1 will nominate angket," he explained. As of today, the KPU has completed the recapitulation of the 2024 General Election in 36 provinces. On the last day of the recapitulation of this election, the KPU will continue its recapitulation in the remaining 2 provinces, namely Main Papua and Mountains Papua. Based on the recapitulation in 36 provinces, the presidential-cawapres candidate pair number 2 Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka received the most votes by winning in 34 provinces.

Meanwhile, presidential and vice presidential candidates number 1 Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar are recorded as superior in 2 provinces, namely West Sumatra and Aceh. Presidential and vice-presidential candidates number 3 Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD have not outperformed the vote acquisition in any province.
