There Are Names Of Oce Kaligis To Otto Hasibuan From 36 Lawyers Defending Prabowo-Gibran In The 2024 Presidential Election Dispute

JAKARTA - The Prabowo-Gibran National Campaign Team (TKN) has prepared 36 lawyers or lawyers to face a request for a dispute over the 2024 presidential election at the Constitutional Court (MK) if later proposed by Presidential Candidate number 1 Anies Baswedan and the presidential candidate team number 3, Ganjar Pranowo. This was conveyed by the Head of the TKN legal team, Yusril Ihza Mahendra, to reporters at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Thursday, March 14. Yusril said, of the 36 lawyers there were several names of famous lawyers such as Otto Hasibuan and Oce Kaligis. Along with advocates proposed by each political party of the Advanced Indonesia Coalition (KIM). "So what was included as this (lawyer's team, ed) was decided by Mr. Prabowo himself. So we also discussed with Mr. Otto with Mr. Oce Kaligis. So what was included as team leader was me, because the field is state law and state administrative law," said Yusril at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Thursday, March 14. "And the deputy chairman proposed is Mr. Otto Hasibuan, vice chairman and Mr. Oce Kaligis, as deputy chairman as well as Mr. Dr. Fahri Bahmid from Makassar. So that's it, and the structure is 35-36 lawyers," he continued. The general chairman of the United Nations explained that most of them are professional lawyers and there are several names proposed by coalition political parties. Such as from Golkar, Gerindra and several names from other coalition parties. "There are those who propose the name of A the B. (The consideration, red) Wow, this is not possible, this is a member of the DPR, even if they are advocates, they can't because the advocates are suspended for a while," explained Yusril. When asked about the predictions that the Paslon 01 and 03 camps would file a lawsuit or legowo, Yusril was reluctant to comment. According to him, it is at the level of the presidential candidate and the main supporting political party. Meanwhile, he only focused on preparing things to face the trial at the Constitutional Court.

"I don't know, it's at the level of each presidential candidate. Even if there may be communication, maybe at the Gerindra, PDIP, NasDem levels as the main parties. But for other coalition parties, it's not like that," he concluded.
