Bogor Regent Raises Incentives For RT-RW Heads, Total To IDR 6 Million A Year

CIBINONG - The Regent of Bogor, West Java, Ade Yasin, has increased the incentives for the Head of Neighbourhood Association and the Head of Neighbourhood Community (RT/RW) in his area to IDR 6 million a year.

"I added the incentives for the heads of RT and RW, from IDR 300 thousand to IDR 500 thousand per person per month," she said in Cibinong, Bogor, as quoted by Antara, Monday, March 1.

For incentives for 18,952 RT and RW heads throughout Bogor Regency, the Bogor Regency Government prepares a budget of IDR 113.7 billion in the 2021 Local Government Budget.

The incentive increase for the Head of RT and RW is an effort to fulfil Ade Yasin-Iwan Setiawan's promise.

"Hopefully this incentive addition can improve performance and enthusiasm for patrolling to deal with the people in the region," said Ade Yasin.

In addition, Ade Yasin has also prepared awards for the sub-district head, the police chief, the village chief Military Command, the village heads, Community Police Officer, to RT and RW heads who are considered exemplary in handling the COVID-19 pandemic.

"Congratulations to 200 exemplary areas, we give a charter of appreciation for the hard work and success in dealing with Covid in their respective regions. Defend the green zone," said the Head of the Bogor Regency COVID-19 Handling Task Force.
