JAKARTA - The reconstruction of the alleged murder case of Immigration officer, Tri Fattah Firdaus, with the suspect of a foreign national (WNA) from South Korea, Kim Dal Joong, has been completed. Around 40 scenes have been re-enacted. "The reconstruction is carried out with 40 scenes," said Head of Sub-Directorate of Jatanras Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Rovan Richard Mahenu to reporters, Wednesday, March 6. Dozens of scenes were echoed in four different locations, namely, the DKI Jakarta Immigration Detention Center (Rudenim) office, the Metro Metro Garden Apartment, unit atay room number 1919, and one cafe in the West Jakarta area. The scene that was re-enacted described the beginning of Tri Fattah Firdaus with the witness departing from the Rudemin office. "Initially the victim was on behalf of TF and witness H departed from Rudemin to pick up suspect K and witness H," he said. "Then the four of them headed to the cafe and there was a commotion at the cafe between witness H and explained K," continued Rovan. At the cafe, they were said to have been drinking hard. After that, they returned to the Metro Garden Apartment. Arriving in the apartment area, Tri Fattah Firdaus and Kim Dal Joong's figure headed to room number 1919 at around 02.09 WIB. "Seven minutes later the victim was found falling from the balcony of the 1919 unit onto the 2nd floor and found dead by security," said Rovan. Furthermore, security and other witnesses headed to room number 1919. They tried to enter but were blocked by the suspect. Thus, the door to the apartment unit was broken down. However, the suspect fought back with a knife and hot water. "After being secured, there were no other people in the room other than the suspect," said Rovan. As a reminder, Tri Fattah Firdaus was found dead due to falling from one of the units of the Metro Garden Apartment, Ciledug, Tangerang, on Friday, October 27, early in the morning at around 03.00 WIB.

Shortly thereafter, the police arrested Kim Dal Joong on Friday morning at around 08.00 WIB. The perpetrator also had time to fight back when he was arrested.
