2 Victims Of The East Java Police Mobile Brigade Headquarters Explosion Taken To Bhayangkara Hospital, Experience Minor Injuries

SURABAYA - Two victims of the explosion from the Gegana Detachment Headquarters of the East Java Police Mobile Brigade Unit at the Bhayangkara Hospital, East Java Police. The two victims were suspected of having suffered minor injuries due to the mortar explosion.

The two victims were taken by two ambulances to the Bhayangkara Hospital of the East Java Police simultaneously at around 13.00 WIB. One victim was taken by a Brimob ambulance, and another victim was taken by a BRI ambulance.

From the Brimob ambulance, it was seen that a man in a rambit was quickly seen being carried, sitting in a wheelchair was taken into the hospital. Meanwhile, from the BRI ambulance, a man came out.

Different from before, this man needed help with a thrust bed. He also looks lightly injured. Both of them entered the Emergency Installation (IGD) of Bhayangkara Hospital, East Java Police. Outside the room, the police and policewomen were seen standing guard.

Previously, the East Java Police Chief Inspector General Imam Sugianto stated that there were no casualties or deaths in this incident. "Alhamdulillah, while there were no casualties," said Imam.

However, Imam said the explosion damaged the Gegana Detachment office and the bomb disposal car.

"The material loss, the office and the car containing the jibom explosive equipment," he said.
