Minister Of Agrarian Affairs Hands Over 205 Certipatutes Of Land Consolidation Results In Sleman Regency

JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Hadi Tjahjanto handed over 205 pieces of land as a result of the Non-Agricultural Land Consolidation (KT) program in Sumberarum Village, Moyudan, Sleman Regency on Friday, February 16.

On this occasion, he appreciated the people who had given up their reduced land for the construction of public facilities, most of which were in the form of environmental road access. After receiving a certificate of Land Consolidation, Hadi Tjahjanto ensured that the value of land owned by the community had increased by three times.

"Today I meet philanthropists who sincerely give their land so that people here have access to their respective homes without having to twist or jump into neighboring houses. God willing, it will be prosperous because the way of entering their sustenance is smooth. It is proven after being handed over the price of the land has tripled," said Hadi Tjahjanto, quoted on Saturday, February 17.

Hadi explained that the effect of land price increases was due to the plan to build public facilities in Sumberarum Village. The construction was carried out on an object covering an area of 78,056 square meters with a total area of land for Development (TP) of 6,917 square meters consisting of a new neighborhood road covering an area of 6,330 square meters; water channel covering an area of 392 square meters; widening of the neighborhood road covering an area of 167 square meters; and an environmental security post covering an area of 28 square meters.

"Hopefully something like this can be transmitted in other places because the community certainly needs road access if there is no road access," said the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN.

Land Consolidation Activities can be carried out thanks to the support of various parties, including the construction of environmental roads and waterways through the stimulant of village funds from the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration (PDTT), as well as the construction of environmental roads by the TNI Manunggal Village Entering Program (TMMD).

"The community is sincere in giving their land and for its construction it is assisted by programs such as TMMD and village funds, we finally see roads exist, drainage also exists. If there are already land certificates that are released, they will be safe and the profit is that the value of land will increase, that is proven," said the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN.
