Siskaeee Recorded Longer In Metro Police Prison

Polda Metro Jaya has extended the detention period for Fransiska Candra Novita Sari alias Siskaeee in the alleged pornography case. Thus, the celebgram must continue to languish behind bars at the Polda Metro Jaya detention center for the next 40 days. "Currently, further detention is being carried out, yes, in the next 40 days. So at this time, suspect S is still being held for investigation purposes at Polda Metro Jaya," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi to reporters, Thursday, February 15. The extension of the detention period is because investigators have not finished compiling the case file for the porn film production house which made Siskaeee one of the suspects. When the case file is completed, the investigator will delegate it. Then, if it is declared complete, then, stage two or transfer of the suspect and evidence will be carried out. "Currently, investigators are still completing the case files related to the a quo case investigation," said Ade. As a reminder, investigators made an attempt to forcefully arrest Siskaeee, on Wednesday, January 24. This celebgram was arrested in an apartment in the Yogyakarta area.

A day later, investigators decided to detain Siskaeee. The reason is that his actions are often absent from being investigated to interfere with the process of investigating cases of alleged pronography. In this case, Siskaeee was charged with Article 8 in conjunction with Article 34 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.
