JAKARTA - The Laka Unit of the East Jakarta Satlantas Satwil managed to secure a truck driver loaded with rice with the initials EAE (32) from Tegal who hit a motorbike rider student who died on the spot on Jalan Raya Bekasi, in front of the Immigration Office, Cipinang, East Jakarta. Currently, investigators are still investigating the Laka Traffic Unit.

"The driver has been secured along with the documents of the letter and vehicle at the Traffic Unit. We are still checking the driver, he has been secured at the office," said Head of Laka Satlantas Satwil East Jakarta, AKP Darwis Yunarta when confirmed, Tuesday, February 13.

From the results of the investigation, the victim of the motorcyclist is known as Arbhi Khoiry Fadillah. He attended Kemala Bhayangkari 1 (Tubun).

The victim died when he fell off a motorbike and was run over by a truck with the number G 9353 OF loaded with rice until his head broke. At the time of the incident, the victim was still wearing a white - white school uniform and riding a motorcycle without a license plate.

Previously, it was reported that an accident occurred on Jalan Bekasi Timur Raya, Pisangan Timur, Pulogadung District, East Jakarta, Monday, February 12. A motorcyclist student was killed by a truck loaded with rice.

From the statement of Darsa (40), one of the eyewitnesses to the incident, the victim was a high school student who was about to go to school.

He knew about the incident while he was around the location to work around 07.00 WIB. Darsa saw the rice truck passing on Jalan Bekasi Timur Raya, Cipinang Muara, Jatinegara.

"The victim was stabbed because the height of the road was different, swayed. So he slipped and rolled into a truck," Darsa told reporters, Monday, February 12.

The incident occurred when the truck was turning around in the front round of the Cipinang Prison. The vehicle with plate G was about to go to the Cipinang Rice Main Market in Pulogadung.
