JAKARTA Later, a video of advocate Henry Yosodiningrat claiming to have received a WhatsApp (WA) message containing the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo was ordered to win the presidential candidate pair and vice presidential candidate number 2 Prabowo-Gibran.

In the video Henry questions the truth of the WA message. He deeply regrets if the message is true, not a hoax.

"If this news is not true, it can be countered, it can be straightened out. But if this news is true, it's too embarrassed, you know, and this order is withdrawn," Henry said in a video circulating.

Had admitted that he was ready to be summoned by the police regarding his confession, Henry finally met with the Head of the National Police, Komjen Fadil Imran. His meeting was in the context of clarifying his remarks which stated that the Police were not neutral in the 2024 General Election.

"He (Kabaharkam Polri) called me saying that he had confirmed with the National Police Chief and it was confirmed that the information was not correct, giving directions to the Dirbinmas," said Henry at the Baharkam Polri Building, Jakarta, Monday, February 12.

Henry said that at first he expressed information about a directive to the Dirbinmas Polda ranks. At that time he attended an event and received information that there was a special order from the National Police Chief to the Director of Binmas throughout the Regional Police.

He admitted that he should have confirmed the information directly. After that, he also received confirmation from several Regional Police Chiefs that what he said was not true.

"I said why? I (Kapolda) have checked with Dirbinmas. I have never been invited by the National Police Chief and given such directions," he said.

He did not immediately believe it until the Head of the National Police Headquarters, Komjen Pol Fadil Imran, contacted him to provide confirmation.

"I need to meet to ask directly, yes, then it was also explained earlier that what he conveyed by telephone was true that there had never been any direction from the police chief, that's all," he said.

Henry also emphasized that what he said was solely his love for the Police. With this confirmation, Henry emphasized that the information he conveyed was confirmed to be untrue.

"I also expressed my hope to the National Police institution to be neutral in this democratic event," he said.

The following is the contents of the WA message of the National Police Chief's order to the Dirbinmas revealed by Henry:

1. Carry out the function of the National Police's Binmas as an instrument to win the election.

4. Controlling dai kamtibmas by providing each new cellphone device with an overseas sim card number and internet mobile modem.

5. Request financial assistance from BUJP (Security Service Business Agency) entrepreneurs who are colleagues of the Binmas Directorate of each region.

Responding to this, the Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police, Inspector General Sandi Nugroho, emphasized that the information submitted was false information or hoaxes.

"That regarding this information, it is not true or hoax and since last week on social media, the National Police has also provided information that is signed by hoaxes," Sandi said in a written statement, Monday, February 11.
