Police Prepare Three Parking Bags During Anies-Muhaimin Grand Campaign At JIS

JAKARTA - The police have prepared three parking locations to accommodate sympathizers from the presidential and vice presidential candidates number 01, Anies Baswedan and Muhaimin Iskandar (AMIN) during the grand campaign at the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS), Saturday, February 10.

"We have prepared the first parking location at Ancol Carnival, the second at Wisma Atlet, and the third at JIexpo Kemayoran," said Traffic Director of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Latif Usman, Antara, Thursday, February 8.

Latif explained that the parking capacity of the three locations could accommodate a total of 10,450 four-wheeled vehicles and 20,000 two-wheeled vehicles.

With details in the Ancol Carnival parking lot, 1,200 four-wheeled vehicles, next to Wisma Atlet, accommodate 1,250 four-wheeled vehicles, and for JIexpo can accommodate 8,000 four-wheeled vehicles and 20,000 two-wheeled vehicles.

Latif said the Polda Metro Jaya deployed as many as 230 personnel who would regulate traffic around the JIS area. Then for traffic engineering, it has also been prepared but it is situational.

The following are the engineering that will be implemented in the JIS area on Saturday, February 10:

Vehicles from Jalan RE Martadinara specifically for residential residential vehicles and JIS visitors, vehicles straight to Bintang Mas; Tiga-axis or more vehicles from the Polair direction turn left towards Jalan Enggano Raya; Tiga-axis vehicle or more from the direction of Yos Sudarso Street to Pluit are turned back at the terminal T-junction and back to Yos Sudarso;Kendaraan from the Papanggo Toll Road at the Papanggo T-junction specifically connecting settlements and visitors to JIS;Kendaraan at the Bisma intersection specifically for residential residents and visitors to JIS;Kendaraan at the Setivia intersection specifically residents and JIS visitors.

Latif also appealed to residents who did not participate in the AMIN campaign to avoid the JIS and GBK areas during the activity.

"We urge people who have no interest in avoiding the JIS area on Saturday (February 10)," he said.

Previously, the National Team (Timnas) for winning the presidential and vice presidential candidates (candidates and vice presidential candidates) Anies-Muhaimin (AMIN) ensured that the last grand campaign at the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS), North Jakarta on Saturday, at 07.00-12.00 WIB will be held on schedule.

The captain of the AMIN National Team Muhammad Syaugi Alaydrus invited all change fighters or volunteers to attend the 2024 presidential election campaign.
