Golkar Politicians Affirm Terawan's Presence In Debates Not Because Prabowo Is Sick

JAKARTA - Chairman of the West Java Golkar DPD Ace Hasan Syazily emphasized the presence of Dr. Terawan in the last debate of the 2024 presidential election as support for presidential candidate Prabowo Subianto. Ace denied the presence of Dr. Terawan because of the growing issue of the Minister of Defense being sick due to fatigue.

"I think the presence of doctor Terawan there is not due to the issue that Pak Prabowo is not healthy, yes, but as a form of support," said Ace at the DPR building, Tuesday, February 6.

The DPR member considered that Dr. Terawan was a professional doctor who agreed with Prabowo's ideas in the health sector.

"Especially because the theme is about health, Mr. Terawan's figure is very appropriate to accompany Pak Prabowo in this last debate," he said.

Previously, uploads circulated on social media X / Twitter which stated that presidential candidate (candidate) number 2 Prabowo Subianto reportedly had a stroke and was treated at the Gatot Soebroto Army Central Hospital (RSPAD).

In fact, the upload that said Prabowo Subianto had a stroke and was treated at the Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital was not true.
