Anies Alludes To Many Government Expenditures For The Beauty Of The Office: It's Better For The Money To Buy Posyandu Distribution

JAKARTA - Presidential candidate number one, Anies Baswedan, alluded to the government's spending mostly on the beauty of government offices.

"This government has spent too much money to improve the beauty of government offices, and buy it with expensive goods. The well-being building has been polished, added," said Anies in the Ojol and Labor edition's Desak &Sleat AMIN quoted by ANTARA, Monday, January 29.

Anies recalled a number of government-owned buildings, which looked fine in the building. However, a few months later, the glass cover was changed 100 percent.

"When entering it, only the casing is replaced, if the money is used to buy scales for Posyandu, then we will benefit much better," he said.

According to him, the upgrade of expenditures for the increase should be allocated, especially to public welfare service infrastructure, starting from health, education, culture and religion. According to him, these activities should be provided with infrastructure support.

"Nahupgracooli also actually happened in development. Wong, we can still use the office here, but we are still building the IKN (National Capital) office," he said.

According to him, this is actually like an office improvement, which in terms of old offices can still be used, but create new offices.

"Mindsets like this that we think should not be carried out when basic needs have not been met. If that has been met, we may do something else," he said.

Anies said that infrastructure development is not something wrong, in fact infrastructure is a good thing. But it must be balanced, where is large infrastructure, macro infrastructure, and which is microstructure.

"We need micro-infrastructure development so that people also get facilities that they directly feel the impact," he said.

Micro infrastructure, Anies mentioned, is like water to each house, gas lines, waste disposal channels. Anies sees that so far the government has been given too much to macro infrastructure, and is less given to micro infrastructure.

According to Anies, micro infrastructure must be improved, so that family families can immediately feel the impact of development. Then the allocation for office updating has to be stopped first.
