; Agam West Sumatra Police Arrest 1 TIP Perpetrator In Lubuk Basung

Agam Police arrested a perpetrator suspected of committing a criminal act of trafficking in persons. (Between/HO- Humas Agam Police).

Agam Police, West Sumatra, arrested the alleged perpetrator of a criminal act of trafficking in persons (TPPO) abroad with the initials HHN (34). The perpetrator was arrested at his home, Jorong Pasar Durian, Nagari or Kampuluang Pinang Village, Lubuk Basung District. For his actions, the perpetrator was charged with Article 4 in conjunction with Article 10 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 21 of 2017 concerning the Eradication of TIP in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) to 1e and or Article 86 letter c in conjunction with Article 72 letter c of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 18 of 2017 concerning the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers with a minimum threat of three years and a maximum of 15 years in prison.
