The Reason Siskaeee Proposes Suspension Of Detention: Mental Disorders, Many Former Incisions

JAKARTA - The legal team of Fransiska Candra Novita Sari alias Siskaeee will submit a request for a suspension of detention. One of the reasons is because Siskaeee is said to have experienced a mental disorder.

"(The reason for the request for confirmation) That Siska has a mental disorder," Siskaeee's attorney, Tofan Agung Ginting told reporters, Thursday, January 25.

Not explained in detail about the form of mental disorder experienced by Siskaeee. Tofan only said that his client had suffered from the disease for a long time.

In addition, when viewed carefully, on Siskaeee's arm there are many incision scars referred to as one of the indications.

In fact, Siskaeee is said to have undergone an examination and was declared to have a mental disorder.

"So, previously Mba Siskae had a mental examination, (it was stated) that he had a mental disorder and indeed if we look at him in his hands there are so many cuts," he said.

However, Tofan said that Siskaeee's condition, who was suffering from a mental disorder, was based on information from the manager. This is because there has been no official statement from the doctor or hospital regarding this matter.

"There is a pain that won according to the information but not yet, we have not received a letter from the hospital," said Tofan.

Previously, it was reported that investigators made an attempt to force the arrest of Siskaeee. This celebgram was arrested in an apartment in the Yogyakarta area, Wednesday, January 24.

Then, investigators decided to detain Siskaeee after undergoing an examination at the Polda Metro Jaya. The reason is because they are not cooperative and hinder the investigation process.

In this case, Siskaeee was charged with Article 8 in conjunction with Article 34 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.
