Managing Director of Stakeholders Management & Communications Rohan Hafas said that Daud Joseph has led the improvement of PT Pos Indonesia for the past three months to carry out reforms in the company's financial, operational, governance, and organizational conditions.

Rohan said Daud resigned after completing a thorough due diligence process on the company's condition.

"Based on the results of the assessment, the person concerned said that PT Pos Indonesia needs a thorough and fundamental revamp. Furthermore, Rohan said Danantara respected Daud Joseph's decision to resign from the position.

Rohan said that Danantara was indeed carrying out a thorough improvement of PT Pos Indonesia. From the due diligence and evaluation process that was running, Danantara found various financial and governance issues that had accumulated over the years.

In addition, Rohan continued, Danantara also received reports and found indications of various irregularities, including alleged financial engineering, which is currently being followed up through the audit and investigation mechanisms in accordance with applicable regulations.

"Therefore, one by one, the problems that have burdened the company must be resolved. There is no room for practices that damage corporate governance. All findings will be followed up professionally, transparently, and in accordance with the legal process," he said.
