2 Times Absent From Examination, Siskaeee Was Picked Up By The Metro Police

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya forcibly picked up Fransiska Candra Novita Sari alias Siskaeee related to the case of a porn film production house. This forced pick-up was carried out after the celebgram was twice absent from examination.

"There has been an attempt to force the arrest of the suspect FCN alias Siskaeee by the investigation team of the Cyber Sub-Directorate of the Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya in handling the a quo case," said Director of Special Criminal Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak in his statement, Wednesday, January 24.

Siskaeee was forcibly picked up in Yogyakarta, Wednesday, January 24, at around 08.25. After being arrested, the celebgram was immediately taken to Polda Metro Jaya.

"The person concerned was made by force in the form of an arrest to take his statement as a suspect," he said.

Siskaeee is known to always be absent from the examination scheduled by investigators on January 15 and 19. For this reason, this celebgram claims not to receive a summons until preparations for pretrial.

Taking care of Siskaee's pretrial, the inaugural trial was held at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, January 22. However, it was postponed until January 29. The reason is that the respondent, namely the Metro Jaya Police Chief, was not present.

In this case, Siskaeee was charged with Article 8 in conjunction with Article 34 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.
