Pro Gibran Volunteers For The Village Grebek Program, Ready To Embrace Millennial Voters In Pelosok

JAKARTA - Village development must be a major concern from the central government, because a country can be strong because its village is advanced.

This is the concern of the West Java Pro Gibran Millennial People (RPGM) so that it launched the Gerebek Desa program. Namely to advance villages and produce national leaders in the future through the 2024 General Election process that cares about villages.

"West Java is the first point in the Village Gerebek program because the population is dense and the village is large," said General Chairperson of RPGM Maulidan Isbar when met in Cihideung Village, Parongpong District, West Bandung Regency, Sunday, January 21.

His party plans to disburse the Village Gerebek program in 10 villages throughout Indonesia. So it is hoped that the various potentials in the village can be further optimized for improving the economy of its citizens.

Through this program, his party offers how education will be more evenly distributed in villages. Then there will be the best adoption of teachers to be deployed for equitable education so that villages can get the same thing as in cities.

Then about the job opportunities, how the presidential and vice presidential candidates are now contesting, are committed to supporting the strengthening and opening of employment opportunities.

Not only from the budget side but also from the legal force so that villages can provide jobs, especially for millennials.

"Focus you on millennials and encourage them not to become workers anymore but entrepreneurs. That's why there is the Millennial Credit Startup program and then the pesantren endowment fund which can later be absorbed by the public," he explained.

According to him, the current community is smart on how to see presidential/vice presidential figures from millennials. So that talking about politics, talking about millennials, talking about representations and achievements that are most likely and understands the condition is in candidate number two.

"Later we will also tour Java, Nusa Tenggara, Sulawesi, Kalimantan and Sumatra to promote the Village Gerebek program. Starting everything from the village so that this village becomes an initial foothold to start development," he said accompanied by the Head of West Java RPGM Rizki Akbar Fatoni.

For members of RPGM nationally, millions have been spread across various provinces and hundreds of regencies/cities throughout Indonesia. The target is West Java to be the largest in contributing votes from millennials in the 2024 presidential election.

"The target is that RPGM can gain 12 million millennial votes from all over Indonesia in the 2024 election," he concluded.
