JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya arrested Argiyan Arbirama, a suspect in the murder of Kayla Rizki Andini. From the digital forensic investigation, many pornographic videos were found on the suspect's cellphone.

"From the results of searches on digital forensics against cellphones belonging to the perpetrators, it was found that there were a lot of content stored on the perpetrator's cellphones, including pornographic videos, which are quite a lot," said Director of Special Criminal Investigation at Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Wira Satya Triputra to reporters, Monday, January 22.

However, regarding the possibility that the porn video had an influence on Argiyan to rape Kayla, the police could not confirm yet.

Wira stated that further investigation would be investigated by investigators. Then, collaborate with the Indonesian Forensic Psychology Association (Apsifor) to find out.

"Regarding the issue of finding prono content and pornographic videos on his cellphone, whether it has anything to do with the motive to do this is still being investigated," he said.

On the other hand, investigators will also hold a reconstruction of the murder case. The plan, the investigation was carried out on Tuesday, January 23.

"We will coordinate later for the implementation of the reconstruction, maybe we will hold it or we plan to hold it on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, or to be precise, maybe tomorrow at the TKP," said Wira.

Argiyan was named a suspect in the murder of Kayla Rizki Andini. This case stems from the act of rape.

The murder was revealed when Kayla's body was found in one of the rented houses in Sukmajaya, Depok City, Thursday, January 18.

For Argiyan, he was arrested at the Ki Ageng Cem embracing bus terminal, North Kesesi, Kesesi District, Pekalongan Regency, Central Java, January 19.

The suspect charged with Article 338 of the Criminal Code concerning murder and/or 351 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code, namely persecution that results in people dying, and/or rape of Article 285 of the Criminal Code with a maximum threat of 15 years in prison.
