Observers Call Bawaslu And Satpol PP 'Memble' Regarding APK Enforcement Violating Regulations

JAKARTA - The number of campaign props installed on the spot violates the rules in DKI Jakarta has not taken firm action from the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) and Satpol PP. City Administration Observer Yayat Supriyatna said that Bawaslu and Satpol PP are currently considered soft.

"If the campaign method has damaged the city's aesthetics, what will happen if they are already in power, whether he (the elected contest) wants to maintain the city's aesthetics. And that is a form of resistance from the community, the community must also remind that we will never choose a candidate who puts visual waste in urban areas," he said.

A resident also commented on the installation of the APK which was not in accordance with the regulations.
