The President Director Of Perumda NKR Tangerang Is Suspected Of Making A False Report Of Riots, The Regency Government Affirms That It Does Not Provide Assistance

TANGERANG - The Tangerang Regency Government (Pemkab) has stated that it will not provide legal assistance to the President Director (Managing Director) of the Regional Public Company (Perumda) Pasar Niaga Kerta Raharja (NKR) Tangerang Regency, Finny Widiyanti alias FW.

FW is suspected of making a false report on the Kutabumi Market riot case, Pasar Kemis.

"The Tangerang Regency Government is not authorized to provide legal assistance. Even though the local government as the owner of the capital, the assets have been separated," said Benny in Tangerang, Tuesday, January 16, which was confiscated by Antara.

Previously, the attorney for the Kutabumi Market Trader Kamarudin Simajuntak reported Finnny as the President Director of Perumda Pasar NKR to the Banten Police on suspicion of making a false report of the Kutabumi Market riot, Pasar Kemis on Friday, January 12.

"We report Mrs. Finny Widiyanti with Number: LP/B/SPKT/II.DITRESKRIMUM/2024/BANTEN POLICE. The articles suspected are 317 and 318 of the Criminal Code regarding false reporting," said Kamarudin.
