JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto ordered the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Bahlil Lahadalia to take measured steps to ensure that the alternating power outages on part of Java Island do not recur. The first cause is technical constraints on gas-powered power plants (PLTG) which disrupt the operation of the electricity system.
