Teenagers Who Snatched Indian Journalists In Kuta Bali Arrested By Police

Police arrested the perpetrator of the robbery of a gold necklace belonging to an Indian citizen, Amjals Guora (29). This perpetrator escaped when he fell from a motorbike after snatching.

The robber with the initials IWP is apparently still a teenager, 15 years old. He fled after taking action with his colleague, Andre, who is now being hunted by the police.

"The perpetrator explained that he had stolen or snatched a gold necklace on Jalan Tegal Wangi, Kuta, with his friend Andre who is now a DPO," said Head of Public Relations of Denpasar Police, AKP I Ketut Sukadi, Friday, January 12.

The perpetrator snatched Amjals Guora's gold necklace, a journalist, on Thursday, January 4 in Tegal Wangi, Kuta, Badung.

However, when they were about to run away, the two perpetrators fell from their motorbikes and left their motorbikes at the location.

"For this incident, the victim suffered a total loss of Rp. 6 million," he added.

From this incident, the police arrested the perpetrator on Wednesday, January 10 at the boarding house of Anyar Kubu, Kuta.

"The results of the interrogation of the perpetrator admitted that the results of the robbery in the form of a gold necklace were sold on the side of Jalan Teuku Umar, Denpasar," said Sukadi.
