Campaign Day 45, Prabowo Steps On Gas To 3 Provinces In Sumatra, Gibran To Jember

Presidential candidate number 2 Prabowo Subianto is scheduled to visit three provinces in Sumatra; while his partner, number 2, Gibran Rakabuming Raka visited the Islamic boarding school in Jember, East Java. Based on information compiled in Jakarta, Thursday 11 January, Prabowo Subianto campaigned to Bengkulu, Bangka Belitung, and Lampung. Campaigns in three such provinces were not the first to be carried out by the general chairman of the Gerindra Party. Prabowo previously campaigned in three provinces in Sumatra on Tuesday 9 January. At that time, Prabowo visited Pekanbaru, Riau; Jambi; and Palembang, South Sumatra. Gibran Rakabuming Raka visited a boarding school in Jember, East Java. Previously, last Wednesday, Gibran conducted his political safari by campaigning in two areas in East Java.

The Indonesian KPU has determined the participants in the 2024 presidential election, namely the Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar pair number 1, Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka number 2, and Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD number 3. KPU has also set a campaign period from November 28, 2023 to February 10, 2024, then the voting schedule on February 14, 2024.
