"Operation Damai Cartenz prioritizes the function of community development, detection and community relations supported by law enforcement task forces," he said.

In addition, Erdi said that the Cartenz Peace Operation 2024 was carried out in the Papua Regional Police area. However, its priority targets are in the provinces of Central Papua and Papua Mountains.

"The priority targets are in the Regencies of the Bintang Mountains, Yahukimo, Mimika, Intan Jaya, Dogiyai, Puncak, Nduga, Jaya Wijaya and Jayapura," said Erdi.
