3 Commitment Making Officials Questioned About The Flow Of Fee Money For Railway Rail Projects

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating other parties suspected of having participated in receiving fees related to rail construction and repair projects in Java, Sumatra, and Sulawesi.

"The investigative team has finished examining witnesses," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters in a written statement, Thursday, January 4.

The four witnesses who were questioned by the investigators were PPK at the Semarang Railway Engineering Center Taofiq Hidayat S and Albertus Dito Migrasto and PPK BTP Class I Jakarta Eko Rahadi Nurtanto. Ali explained that during the examination, Wednesday, January 3, they were asked to explain the flow of fees from Asta Danika as Director of PT Bhakti Karya Utama (BKU) who is now a suspect.

"The three witnesses were present and their knowledge was investigated, among others, the alleged giving of a sum of money from the suspect AD et al in the form of fees to several other related parties," he said.

Actually, investigators will examine another witness, namely PPK at the Semarang Railway Engineering Center, Renaldi Prabudiman. However, he was not present and will be rescheduled.

"Witnesses were not present and confirmed for reasons of illness," said Ali.

In the DJKA bribery case, there are 12 people who have been named as suspects. They are the Director of PT Bhakti Karya Utama, Asta Danika; Director of PT Putra Kharisma Sejahtera, Zulfikar Fahmi; Director of Railway Infrastructure Harno Trimadi; PPK Central Java Railway Engineering Center (BTP Jabagteng) Bernard Hasibuan; Head of Central Java BTP Putu Sumarjaya; PPK BPKA South Sulawesi Achmad Affandi.

Asta Danika became a suspect with Zulfikar Fahmi for allegedly bribing the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) of the Bandung Synto Pirjani Railway Engineering Center Hutabarat for Rp935 million. The gift was given so that he would get a project at BTP Bandung, namely the Lampegan-Cianjur railway line improvement project.

In addition to the names above, the anti-corruption commission also named another suspect, namely PPK for Rail Infrastructure Care Fadliansyah; PPK BTP Jabagbar Synto Pirjani Hutabarat; Director of PT Istana Putra Agung Dion Renato Sugiarto; Director of PT Dwifarita Fajarkharisma Muchamad Hikmat; Yoseph Ibrahim as Director of PT KA Properti Management until February 2023; and Parjono as VP of PT KA Property Management. Part of this name is currently undergoing trial at the Corruption Court (Tipikor).
