"The suspect HA is known to have been doing crystal methamphetamine for a long time, even known to be a recidivist who has just been released from the Serang prison," he explained. In the examination, suspect HA admitted that one package of methamphetamine that was secured was his property which was purchased from DS, which is currently on the wanted list of people (DPO) was a resident of Balaraja District, Tangerang Regency. "The confession of the suspect, he bought methamphetamine from DS residents, but the suspect did not know for sure where DS lived because transactions were carried out on the streets," he explained. For his actions, suspect HA was charged with Article 114 paragraph (2) Jo Article 112 Paragraph (2) of Law No. 35 of 2009 concerning narcotics with a minimum penalty of 6 years in prison and a maximum of death penalty.
