AMIN Volunteers In Central Java: Kentongan Sounds, Anies Muhaimin Can Win One Round

JAKARTA - The Anies-Muhaimin (AMIN) winning National Team (Timnas) asked supporters to sound their tail on the voting day for the February 14, 2024 elections.

"The blow was bagged 5 and 7 or 57," said AMIN National Team Deputy for Volunteers and Public Participation Bambang Sutejo, quoted from ANTARA, Sunday, December 24.

He explained that kentongan is a sound instrument that comes from bamboo or hollow wood, sounded and beaten by a bat right in the middle of his body, to state the sign of time, meaning of danger to gather residents if it is urgent.

"The sound of kentongan was also a sign of an invitation to go to the polling station (TPS), giving voting rights to pair number 1, Anis Baswedan and Muhaimin Iskandar," he asserted.

He said the kentongan had been prepared at each TPS Posko for the People's Movement, which is located closest to the location of the 2024 electoral TPS. Another reason, he said, was the sound of 57 points, as a sign and a reminder so that the AMIN pair could win once the 2024 election round with a 57 percent vote target.

Bambang reminded again that AMIN's victory was not determined from Jakarta, but how much votes were obtained at the polling station. He hopes that the votes mandated by the people can be guarded and guarded as well as possible.

"Even though there is only one voice at the TPS, it means a lot to support AMIN's victory. That voice is the mandate of the Indonesian people who want change," he said.

This affirmation was repeatedly conveyed by Bambang when inaugurating a number of polling stations for the Rakat Movement in the Solo Raya area, from Friday-Sunday 22-24 December 2023. Solo Raya is a former Surakarta residential area, including Surakarta City and buffer areas such as Boyolali Regency, Sukoharjo, Karanganyar, Wonogiri, Sragen and Klaten.

"For regencies and cities in Solo Raya, we are targeting votes to be 30-35 percent," said Bambang.
