Alcohol And Commotion Triggered South Korean Citizens Throwing Immigration Officers From The 19th Floor Of The Ciledug Apartment

JAKARTA - Sub-Directorate of Jatanras Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya said the influence of alcohol and commotion on night entertainment triggered South Korean citizens to kill Immigration officers by throwing them from the 19th floor of an Apartment in Ciledug. The victim named Fattah Firdaus died after falling from the 19th floor of the Ciledug Metro Garden Apartment, Tangerang. The perpetrator is known as Dal Joong Kim. "This incident began with an initial incident, where the victim and his fellow immigration employees picked up two people who were in the apartment earlier on behalf of Endar and also Dal Joong Kim, then they went to a nightclub," said Director of Criminal Investigation of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Hengki Haryadi during a press conference at the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters, Monday, December 18. At the nightclub, the perpetrator (Dal Joong Kim) drank alcohol and there was a commotion with the victim's friend. The perpetrator's hand was injured as a result of breaking the glass in the commotion. After the commotion, the perpetrator and the victim returned to the apartment together. This is known through CCTV footage when they were filling up with gasoline. Seen, the victim had tasted the perpetrator. "That when he entered there with two people on behalf of the victim and also the suspect Dal joong Kim, it was all complete on CCTV," explained Hengki. After arriving at the apartment, security heard a commotion on the 19th floor and heard broken glass falling. The perpetrator had lied to the officer by saying he was alone. Even though from CCTV, said Hengki, it was clearly recorded that there were two people. Previously reported, the Sub-Directorate of Jatanras Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya revealed a murder case committed by a South Korean foreigner named Dal Joong Kim against Fattah Firdaus, an Immigration officer, Monday, December 18. During the investigation of the crime scene (TKP), the police found traces of the crime carried out along with evidence, such as the perpetrator's DNA and by detecting lies.

The murder took place at the Metro Garden Ciledug Apartment, Tangerang City. Victim Tri Fattah Firdaus fell from the 19th floor Apartment to shophouse 22 at the Metro Garden Ciledug Apartment. As a result of his actions, the suspect is subject to Article 338 of the Criminal Code concerning taking the lives of others with a maximum penalty of 15 years.
