The Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya as a whole has examined 104 witnesses and 11 expert witnesses in the extortion case carried out by the inactive KPK chairman Firli Bahuri to former Agriculture Minister Syahrul Yasin Limpo. The case of alleged extortion has been transferred to the DKI High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) today. "That on Friday, December 15, 2023 at 9:30 WIB, the investigative team sent the case file in question to the prosecutor's office to the DKI Jakarta Prosecutor's Office phase 1 for the purposes of investigating case files," said Ade.

If it is complete, then, investigators will immediately carry out phase two or transfer the suspect and evidence for immediate trial. However, if it is not complete, the investigative team must complete the shortcomings, both formally and materially.
