Arrangement Of 4 Slum Areas In Johar Baru Is Not Just Beauty

Assistant for the Economy and Development (Asekbang) of Central Jakarta, Bakwan Ferizan Ginting, reviewed the arrangement of slum areas in four locations, namely Galur Village, Rawa Village, Tanah Tinggi, and Johar Baru Districts in Johar Baru District.

"We have seen in Galur, Kampung Rawa, Tanah Tinggi, and Johar Baru Villages. Indeed, if we look at the many changes from the initial conditions until now," said Bakwan, his nickname, Wednesday, December 13.

According to Bakwan, the Johar Baru District area is an area that is densely populated but does not close its citizens to be creative. PPSU also made a mural so that the arrangement of the area looks better.

"Earlier we saw many creations in each village, including the manufacture of murals by PPSU friends, repairing channels, roads, including making stones for leg reflections," he said.

Bakwan added, in carrying out regional arrangements, innovation is needed. Not only about beauty but the value of benefits for the community, such as, the seating facilities in the residents' interaction rooms.

"Actually, regional arrangements need several innovations. Reforestation is combined with productive plants such as chilies and vegetables to make them more useful," he said.
