Video Posting Steps On Al Quran, One Of TikTok Accounts Reported To South Jakarta Metro Police

JAKARTA Daeng (46) as the Indonesian Islamic APOloget Team visited the South Jakarta Metro Police to report one of the TikTok accounts suspected of having committed blasphemy. The perpetrator is suspected of being a woman, as seen in the 3-minute video.

Daeng reported the Tiktok account @2118819ruth because according to him, the content shows the action of stepping on the holy book of Islam, Al Quran.

"My arrival at the South Jakarta Police was due to the blasphemy incident of the holy book Al Quran which was carried out by a tiktok account with the initials UW, which was done live at the TikTok social media", said Daeng at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Thursday night, December 7, at around 21.30 WIB.

According to Daeng, the blasphemy was carried out by the reported party on Tuesday, December 5, at night. Daeng admitted that he as a Muslim was very disturbed by the content made by the reported party. Therefore, he hopes that the police will take firm action.

"It hurts our faith as Muslims, which is the holy book of Muslims. For us it's a fixed price. We are willing to die for the sake of the Quran. Because that's our afterlife." he said.

Based on the video seen, there was a voice of debate between a woman suspected of being a blasphemer and her social media friends.

"If you tell the truth of the Qur'an based on science because he created it, where is my question when Allah has not made the earth?", said the woman suspected of being the perpetrator in the video.

"The question is whether you want to believe it or not, refuse it or not, you have to know. Before Allah claims the creator of heaven and earth. Earth already exists, the Quran was born in the 7th century, Allah only existed 7th, "still said the woman in the video.

Daeng continued, he considered that acts of blasphemy were seen when the woman trampled on the Koran and argued about the truth of Allah as her creator.
