Annoyed Not Given Money, Street Buskers Persecutes Students With Deaf And Speech In Cakung

JAKARTA - A student with special needs of class 2 SLB was injured after being beaten by a group of street buskers. The victim was beaten because he asked the perpetrators who asked for money while busking.

It was later discovered that the victim asked the perpetrators for their request because they suffered from deafness and muteness.

"The victims were deaf and mute. The perpetrators came to busking. The perpetrators were disappointed because the victim, the victim, was deaf," said Cakung Police Chief Kompol Panji Ali Candra to VOI, Wednesday, December 6.

When the perpetrator reprimanded him, the victim remained indifferent because he could not hear clearly the voice of the perpetrator's request. Then a group of three street buskers immediately ganged up on the victim because they felt annoyed.

The beating incident occurred when the victim was riding a motorbike and stopped at TL Auri, Jalan Raya Bekasi, KM 25 towards Pulogadung, Ujung Menteng Village, Cakung District, East Jakarta.

Kompol Panji explained that the identities of the three perpetrators had been identified. They often busker at TL Auri, Jalan Raya Bekasi, Cakung District.

"The victim's parents have reported it to the Cakung Police. The identity of the perpetrator is known," he said.

As a result of the incident, the victim suffered injuries to his face because he was beaten by two perpetrators.

"The victim suffered injuries to the right temple and was sewn up," he said. Until now the case is being handled by the Cakung Police. The police are still hunting down the perpetrators of the beatings.
