KPK Opens Call Opportunities For Chairman Of Commission V DPR Lasarus In The DJKA Bribery Case

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) opens the opportunity to summon the Chairman of Commission V of the DPR Lasarus in the bribery case for the railway line project at the Directorate General of Railways (DJKA) of the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub).

This possibility was conveyed by the Head of the KPK News Section, Ali Fikri, considering that Lasarus had already been in this case as a witness on Friday, July 28. Investigators are also currently actively summoning a number of members of the DPR RI Commission V.

"Yes, it will definitely be investigated further in the trial process. The facts have been developed yesterday, two people have been detained, right," Ali told reporters quoted on Friday, December 1.

Ali said this case was indeed divided into several clusters. Moreover, the construction of this railway line is in a number of areas.

"There are many clusters, yes, there are West Java, Central Java, Sulawesi will continue to be developed," he said.

He ensured that this case would be thoroughly investigated. This certainty, even said Ali, has been proven by detaining two new suspects, namely the Director of PT Bhakti Karya Utama, Asta Danika and the Director of PT Putra Kharisma Sejahtera, Zulfikar Fahmi.

From the two, it will also be developed where the bribes flow. "In principle, of course, we will finish it," said Ali.

"All cases in the KPK until then the facts at trial, we studied, the analysis from the judge's consideration was only then we developed the legal facts," he continued.

In the DJKA bribery case, there are 12 people who have been named as suspects. They are the Director of PT Bhakti Karya Utama, Asta Danika; Director of PT Putra Kharisma Sejahtera, Zulfikar Fahmi; Director of Railway Infrastructure Harno Trimadi; PPK Central Java Railway Engineering Center (BTP Jabagteng) Bernard Hasibuan; Head of Central Java BTP Putu Sumarjaya; PPK BPKA South Sulawesi Achmad Affandi.

Then, PPK for Rail Infrastructure Care Fadliansyah; PPK BTP Jabagbar Synto Pirjani Hutabarat; Director of PT Istana Putra Agung Dion Renato Sugiarto; Director of PT Dwifarita Fajarkharisma Muchamad Hikmat; Yoseph Ibrahim as Director of PT KA Management Properti until February 2023; and Parjono as VP of PT KA Management Properti. Part of this name is currently undergoing trial at the Corruption Court (Tipikor).
