Polda Metro-KPK Will Have A Coordination Meeting On Handling SYL Extortion Cases

Polda Metro Jaya and the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will hold a coordination meeting regarding the handling of the alleged extortion case against the former Minister of Agriculture, Syahrul Yasin Limpo. The meeting was a follow-up to the supervision request letter that had been replied to by the KPK. "KPK RI will schedule a coordination and hearing meeting with Polda Metro Jaya investigators regarding the follow-up to the supervision request for handling the a quo case," said Director of Special Criminal Investigation at Polda Metro Jaya Kombe Ade Safri Simanjuntak to VOI, Thursday, November 9. However, it is not certain when the meeting will take place. This is because the KPK will determine the time. So far, Ade has only said that the KPK has answered the supervision application letter on November 6. Although the contents of the reply letter from the KPK are not explained, it is believed that the anti-corruption agency approved the invitation to supervise the Polda Metro Jaya.
