JAKARTA - Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD) facilitate the provision of housing for members and civil servants of the National Police who do not yet have a house. This is stated in the signing of the collaboration between Sarana Jaya and the National Police Headquarters.

The signing of the memorandum of understanding was witnessed directly by the National Police Chief, Listyo Sigit Prabowo and all ranks and the Head of the DKI Jakarta Regional Owned Enterprise Development Agency (BPBUMD), Nasrudin Djoko Surjono.

President Director of Sarana Jaya Andira Reoputra said that this collaboration is a commitment of the DKI BUMD together with the National Police in increasing synergy aimed at facilitating access to residential ownership for members of the Indonesian National Police, especially in DKI Jakarta.

The provision of this housing also aims to provide convenience for members of the National Police who do not yet have housing, of course with complete, affordable, safe and comfortable facilities.

"Of course, this is an honor for Sarana Jaya as a Regional Public Company for DKI Jakarta Province whose task is to facilitate the ownership of affordable, decent and comfortable housing, especially for members of the National Police and Civil Servants of the National Police," Andira said in his statement, Thursday, November 9.

According to him, in addition to having a good investment value, the housing provided by Sarana Jaya from a business perspective is certainly very potential. This is because the housing is located in strategic and integrated locations that are easily accessible to various modes of transportation.

"So of course it will make it easier for the residents to carry out their daily activities, both work and other activities," said Andira.

The housing offered by Sarana Jaya itself is located in two areas, namely Nuansa Pondok Kelapa which consists of two towers, Menara Samawa and Menara Swasana.

Meanwhile, in Nuansa Cilangkap, there are two towers, namely the Kanaya Tower which is ready for habitation, and the Ayasa Tower which is still in the construction process.

The residence of Nuansa Pondok Kelapa was previously officially inaugurated in August 2019 and Nuansa Cilangkap was inaugurated in September 2022. This residence is included in the Rp0 DP House program.

The residence in question has various facilities. Starting from green open areas, playgrounds, PAUD, residents' halls, 24-hour security, integrated bus stops, and parking areas.
