YOGYAKARTA - PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) has determined a change in the layer of directors and commissioners through the 2023 Company's General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS). Curious about the new MRT directors?

"This is sourced from the decision of the shareholders of PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) to coincide on October 30, 2023 with No. 720 of 2023 and No. 443/072 concerning Layer Replacement of Directors and Commissioners," said Head of Corporate Secretary Division of PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) Ahmad Pratomo in Jakarta, Monday.

During the change, shareholders honorably dismissed Muhammad Effendi as replaced by Mega Indahwati Natangsa Tarigan as Director of PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) with a term of office in accordance with the company's articles of association.

Previously, Mega Indahwati Natangsa Tarigan was the President Director of PT Jak Lingko Indonesia. Mega has also served for 13 years at PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) with the last position as Head of the Railway Operation Division.

Melanesia from ANTARA, then, respectfully dismissed William Sabandar and Novie Riyanto and then appointed Jujun Endah Wahjuningrum as Commissioner of PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda).

Jujun currently also serves as Secretary of the Directorate General of Railways at the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. With the appointment, the composition of the Company's management is as follows:
