TANGERANG - The police continue to investigate two letters containing an application from Perumda Niaga Market Kerta Raharja Tangerang Regency to the People's Market Care Alliance - Banten.

Tangerang Police Chief, Kombes Pol Sigit Dany S said he would find out when the letter was made and the truth was.

"The letter of application for assistance is suspected to be from the market management and a declaration letter. We are investigating the truth of these two letters," said Sigit in his statement, Wednesday, September 27.

"We will also explore the meaning of the contents of the application letter, what date it was made, and why was it made?" he continued.

Sigit also emphasized that his party would be serious and professional in handling the case. He also ensured that he would enforce the law against anyone involved in the clashes.

"For whatever reason, acts of thuggery are not justified. And we will take firm action against such actions," he said.

Previously, the police studied the findings of a letter containing an application to the People's Market Care Alliance-Banten from Perumda Pasar Niaga Kerta Raharja, Tangerang Regency, which was visited directly by the Head of Kutabumi Market, Hapid Fauzi.

It is known that the People's Market Care Alliance-Banten contains six groups of community organizations (Ormas) called BPPKB, PPBNI, CORCAMS of Banten Warriors, Pancasila Youth, United Eastern Indonesia Representatives, and LAPBAS.

"We are investigating the official application letter from the head of Kutabumi Market to the Alliance," said Tangerang Police Chief, Kombes Sigit Dany S when confirmed, Wednesday, September 27.

Sigit assessed that the official letter application showed a series of events in the looting that occurred at Kutabumi Market.

"This shows a series of events. We will develop the motive," he said
