Kaesang Leaks Jokowi's Message After Being Designated As Chairman Of PSI

JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo's son, Kaesang Pangarep, revealed a message from his father after becoming Chairman of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI).

"From Mr., it's just a call, it's good," said Kaesang Pangarep during a press conference at the PSI DPP Office, Jakarta, Tuesday, September 26, which was confiscated by Antara.

In addition, said Kaesang, PSI had planned to visit and meet President Jokowi to ask for advice.

Previously, President Joko Widodo admitted to giving blessings to his son, Kaesang Pangareng, to take part in politics through PSI.

"Yes, ask for the blessing of parents. Yes, I give my blessing," said Jokowi.

Regarding the appointment of his son as PSI General Chair, Jokowi said Kaesang Pangarep was an adult and had a family.

Jokowi asked reporters to ask PSI and his son directly.

"Yes, ask PSI, ask Kaesang, wong is an adult, already has a family, already has a wife, the time being asked to his father continues," said Jokowi.

The youngest son of President Jokowi, Kaesang Pangarep, officially became a PSI cadre after receiving a PSI membership card (KTA) with the member number S317420230151515.

Furthermore, Kaesang was officially appointed as PSI General Chair replacing Giring Ganesha in National Land Coffee (Kopdarnas) at Djakarta Theater, Jakarta, Monday, September 25.
