BENGKULU - Mukomuko Regency Government (Pemkab) allocated a budget of Rp1.5 billion in the 2024 APBD for revitalization or total repair of fire engines (damkar).

Seven fire engines in this area, five of which do not function properly and two fire engines have been damaged.

Ia berharap, dengan adanya kegiatan perbaikan total mobil damkar sehingga mobil yang selama ini rusak dapat berfungsi dengan baik melayani wilayah yang rawan kebakaran rumah dan lahan.Sementara itu, Pemerintah Kabupaten Mukomuko tahun ini membeli satu unit mobil damkar dan kendaraan ini digunakan untuk memberikan pelayanan di wilayah Kecamatan Kota Mukomuko."Untuk sementara ini satu unit mobil damkar yang baru ini kita gunakan untuk wilayah Kecamatan Kota Mukomuko karena kondisi mobil damkar yang ada di kantor instansi ini tidak berfungsi dengan baik," tandasnya.
