SLEMAN - Sleman Regency Satpol PP met a number of students from Sleman who were in a food stall or burjo during school lessons.

Head of the Sleman Regency Satpol PP, Shavitri Nurmala Dewi, said that the activity was in the context of routine patrols, his party together with the TNI-Polri fostered students outside the school environment during active hours of teaching and learning. "After we confirmed that the students who were still wearing these uniforms turned out to be out of the school environment without any information on permission or other reasons. They deliberately missed school," he said in Sleman, Wednesday, September 6, which was confiscated by Antara.

Furthermore, he said, these students were then given guidance by providing understanding so that they would also learn to be disciplined.

Shavitri also hopes that through this patrol activity on Tuesday, September 5, a conducive situation can be created in the Sleman Regency area, especially related to juvenile delinquency and street crimes (brawl and klithih).

He emphasized that this patrol and control activity also refers to Government Regulation No. 16 of 2018 concerning the Civil Service Police Unit, as well as the Regional Regulation (Perda) of Palemmen Regency Number 12 of 2020 concerning the implementation of peace, public order and public protection.

"This student patrol target is carried out at points that are commonly used by students or students who make up," he said.

During the patrol activity, he said, one student was found in an instant noodle food stall (warmindo) in the Sidomoyo area, Godean. Then also one student at a warmindo in the Condongcatur area, Depok, and there are also several students who are hanging out in front of a school in Kapanewon (District) Seyegan.

"All students who were caught making jokes were recorded, fostered and sent home. We also told several students to push up as a form of coaching," he said.
