Several Days Ahead Of The ASEAN Summit, WFH Jakarta Region Was Improved By 75 Percent

JAKARTA - Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta, Heru Budi Hartono said the policy of working at home (WFH) would be increased to 75 percent a few days before the ASEAN 2023 Summit.

"Especially for going before the ASEAN Summit around the venue, the most is the South Jakarta area, the WFH has been increased to 75%," said Heru Budi in his statement, Sunday, August 20.

Heru said the policy was implemented for ASN within the DKI Provincial Government in the South Jakarta area. This is to ensure the smooth running of the ASEAN Summit later.

"Especially that location and PJJ (distance learning) school children after September 7 school children can go to school as usual back, and work from home to 50% return and the ministry too," said Heru Budi.

Then, Heru Budi said that the implementation of WFH would return to 50 percent after the ASEAN Summit.

Furthermore, Heru said that the WFH policy would begin tomorrow, Monday, August 21.

"Yes, yesterday we together with the coordinating minister, the Minister of Transportation specifically for DKI, WFH started the next day on August 21," he said.

This policy only applies to ASNs with staff or support categories, while for ASNs who work in the field of direct service to the community, this policy does not apply.

As for what is meant, namely RSUD, puskesmas, Satpol PP, Fire and Rescue Service, Transportation Service, to village level services. This is to ensure that the DKI Provincial Government's services to residents of the capital city remain optimal.
