SOE Minister Erick Thohir said this program was a strategic step as an effort to socialize traffic safety, as well as show a real synergy between SOEs in educating young people.
"During 2022, there were approximately 137,000 accidents that were dominated by young people. This Safety Riding program is an effort to maintain a joint commitment between Jasa Marga and Jasa Raharja to support the achievement of the National Public Plan for Road Traffic and Transportation Safety (RUNK LLAJ) in 2021-2040, especially in order to reduce the accident index and fatality of victims.
