JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) noted that 2 RTs in Pela Mampang Village, South Jakarta were flooded by up to 70 centimeters due to rain since this afternoon.
"There are 2 RTs in Pela Mampang Village with a height of 70 cm. The cause is high rainfall," said Head of BPBD DKI Jakarta Isnawa Adji in his statement, Friday, July 7.
Isnawa said that there were no residents who had fled due to the flood.
Then, BPBD recorded 2 roads inundated in South Jakarta with a water level of 20 centimeters, namely Jalan Kemang Raya, Mampang Prapatan and Jalan Raya Lenteng Agung, Jagakarsa.
Isnawa said that the DKI Jakarta BPBD mobilized personnel to monitor inundation conditions in each region and coordinate the elements of the SDA Office, Bina Marga Service, Gulkarmat Service to extract puddles and ensure that water lines function properly together with local village heads and sub-district heads.
"The inundation is targeted to recede in a short time," he said.
