Entering Child's LP, AG Mario Dandy's Lover Is Not Accompanied By Family

JAKARTA - AG's son (15) was executed at the Tangerang Special Child Development Institute (LPKA). He came to LPKA without being accompanied by his family. Head of Tangerang Class I LPKA Setyo Pratiwi said AG arrived at LPKA Tangerang on Wednesday, June 14, at 12.30 WIB. He came only accompanied by his attorney Mangatta Toding Alo.

"Yes, it is true that he was executed here, just arrived at 12.30 WIB, accompanied by his attorney. His family was on its way," said Pratiwi when confirmed, Wednesday, June 14.

Pratiwi explained that when AG arrived at LPKA, Mario Dandy's lover immediately registered to a health test.

"We registered, well, then after that we checked his health, because he was a woman, we checked the test pack whether it was positive or negative, right, we were still careful too. The urine test was drugs or not," he said.

Pratiwi also explained that there was no special treatment for AG's children. He will also be placed with other perpetrators at LPKA.

"There is no special treatment, all of them. Maybe later only 2 people, later there will be more who will be moved here, so that there will be friends. So AG and other perpetrators. One more thing doesn't know his name yet," he said.

The Supreme Court (MA) rejected the cassation filed by AG and the prosecutor so that AG was still sentenced to 3.5 years in the case of persecution of David Ozora (17). AG must serve a sentence of 3.5 years at LPKA.

"It's been 3.5 years. The Supreme Court has decided," said Head of the South Jakarta District Attorney's Office (Kajari) Syarief Sulaeman Ahdi.
