Pekanbaru Police Arrest Robber Of Gold Bracelet That Killed Housewife

PekanbarU - Pekanbaru Police, Riau arrested a thief who snatched a gold bracelet that resulted in his victim a housewife falling from a motorcycle on Jalan Melati, Bina Widya District.

Pekanbaru Police Chief, Kombes Jefri Ronald Parulian Siagian, explained that his party was aware of the whereabouts of MNK (23) in Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir (Inhil). Then arrested him by forced to stop his steps with hot lead on Sunday (4/6).

"The perpetrator was arrested at the house of one of his family in Tembilahan, Inhil and taken to Pekanbaru for further development," said Jefri as quoted by ANTARA, Friday, June 9.

As previously reported, a housewife died after becoming a victim of a mugging on Jalan Melati, Bina Widya District, Pekanbaru, Wednesday (25/5) at around 10:00 WIB. The victim named Pitri Laila (32) was snatched by an unknown man while passing by in a riding position when he finished filling gas at a gas station not far from the location.

But suddenly from behind came two unidentified men who immediately grabbed the victim's vehicle and his partner. The two men then pulled the victim's gold bracelet.

As a result of being withdrawn, the victim then fell off a motorbike. Was taken to Prima Hospital, but after an hour of entry to the Emergency Installation, the victim was declared dead.
